A Message From Our President

I am a life long resident of Lexington. Everyday, we put our integrity on the line, and everyday we work hard to protect that integrity by providing the best possible service to our customers. 

        We realize no one likes having car problems.  We try to bridge the communication gap, by explaining in detail the repairs needed.  Most cars, like everything else today, are operated by computers, so a diagnostic fee is needed to offset the high cost of employing trained, certified technicians. These diagnostic fees also support the expensive diagnostic equipment to properly diagnose problems.  But, after paying the small diagnostic fee, the customer is in total control.  All repairs must be approved by the customer.  We pride ourselves on the saying, "NO SURPRISES HERE".
